The 2025 SASIP-neXTSIM Tutorial and Workshop

As a part of the Scale Aware Sea Ice Project (SASIP), we are hosting a workshop on the development and use of the new coupled sea ice model neXtSIM-DG in Providence, Rhode Island. This will follow on from the annual meeting of SASIP from June 22-25.

The workshop will include hands-on tutorials on building and running neXtSIM and hosted in Browns Department of Earth, Environmental, and Planetary Sciences and will focus on integration and collaboration with new scientific partners.
